VITL's electronic medication history service delivers electronic medication lists to the ED in seconds. Clinical staff will have data on patients' medications paid for by participating insurers in the last 12 months. This includes medications dispensed in other states – ideal for providing treatment to part-time Vermonters or out-of-state visitors.
Integrated Into the ED Workflow
VITL's electronic medication history service does not slow the ED staff down. With just a few keystrokes in the hospital's existing registration system, the medication list prints out automatically at the nurses’ station.
