Why Partner with VITL?

Expertise. Our firsthand knowledge of physician workflows and clinical information technology has already helped dozens of Vermont practitioners successfully implement EHRs.

Advocacy. We work with vendors on your behalf — helping you choose the right one for your practice, negotiating the best price, then helping manage the relationship.

Financial Guidance. We can connect you with Vermont financial institutions that have created special lending programs structured around EHR implementation.

Non-Profit. We’re funded by the federal and state governments, and offer our services free of charge for a limited time to qualified primary care practitioners.

Objectivity. While we have developed a vetting process that has helped us identify several preferred partners, we have no incentive to steer you toward one vendor over another.

Local. We’re a Vermont organization solely focused on serving the Vermont medical community. Our only goal is to support you in implementing EHRs and achieving meaningful use.
