Executive Assistant

Prior to joining VITL, Heidi worked as an office assistant for the Vermont Association of Hospitals and Health Systems. Her other work experience includes office management in corporate and academic settings in Massachusetts. Heidi received her BS in psychology from Atlantic Union College, South Lancaster, Mass.

Administrative Assistant

Joshua has a Bachelor of Arts in History from Burlington College, Burlington, VT. He has ten years of experience in administrative and personal assistance. Prior to joining VITL in June 2013, Joshua worked as an administrative assistant for the Episcopal Diocese of Vermont.

Marketing Manager

Joanna joined VITL in April 2014, and is responsible for developing and managing marketing and outreach programs. Prior to joining VITL, Joanna worked at Champlain College as a project manager, and in marketing and communications for The Snelling Center for Government, Mountain Lake PBS and VBT Bicycling Vacations. In addition, she served as public information officer and webmaster for the Vermont Department of Health. Joanna holds a Master of Science in Communications from Antioch University/New England, a bachelor of science from The Pennsylvania State University, and a certificate in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from Marlboro College.

Accounting Manager

Prior to joining VITL, Bonnie was a financial reporting manager for Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, and the internal audit manager at Union Bank. She was employed at Pratt & Whitney, a United Technologies Company (UTC) in Connecticut, for 12 years, and at UTC headquarters for four years in various accounting positions.

Bonnie graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and received an MBA from the University of Massachusetts. She is a certified public accountant and worked in public accounting for seven years.
