Lead Technical Support Specialist

Dana joined VITL in October 2013 as the lead technical support specialist. Prior to this role she worked for five years as a senior IT analyst in governance and compliance, and for four years as an accountant at General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products. Dana received her associate’s degree in computer information systems and her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Champlain College. She is certified in ITIL Foundations as well as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Senior Solutions Specialist

Andrea joins the VITL Client Services Team with 20 years of consultative health care sales experience. As a top contributor in previous organizations, Andrea has extensive knowledge in the areas of advanced operating room technologies, mental health laboratories and pharmaceuticals. Her expertise includes strategic planning, solutions-based selling, clinical training, and building strong client relationships. Andrea graduated from Norwich University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education.

eHealth Specialist

Ann is an eHealth systems specialist at VITL. In this role, Ann interacts with medical organizations to assist providers with implementing electronic health records (EHR) and achieving meaningful use incentives. She also educates practices to fulfill Vermont’s patient consent program requirements, and to improve data quality for enhanced patient care. With 20 years of experience in the health care industry, Ann most recently worked at Primary Care Health Partners where she served as electronic health record (EHR) implementation manager overseeing the coordination and implementation of an EHR system for seven health centers. In addition, Ann previously served as office manager with Evergreen Family Health and as account manager for Kaiser Permanente.

eHealth Specialist

Prior to joining VITL, Suzanne was the EMR coordinator for Community Health Centers of the Rutland Region (CHCRR), working with five practices within the organization. In that role, Suzanne worked on process improvements, interface development, EHR implementations and conversions, IT hardware management, and staff training. She was actively involved in CHCRR’s Meaningful Use project, and the achievement of a Level 3 status Patient Centered Medical Home in 2011. Suzanne has a BA from Michigan State University.

eHealth Specialist

Kat came to VITL with over 25 years in clinical experience in a variety of health care settings, including high risk obstetrics, inpatient med/surg, emergency department, and outpatient physical therapy. She is a registered nurse, holds a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Texas Christian University, and a certificate in Applied Health Informatics from Johns Hopkins University. Prior to joining VITL she worked as a staff nurse at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center where Kat was also responsible for data quality audits, was a department liaison to IT, and assisted with the hospital wide electronic health record implementation which included education and ongoing support. Kat is certified Meaningful Use Professional. 

Technical Support Specialist

Whye joined VITL in December 2011 after 14 years at Breen Systems as a medical market supervisor. At Breen, he evaluated and tested new software, managed all aspects of system installation, and provided training, maintenance, and support for physician practice EHRs and practice management systems. Prior to Breen, Whye worked at Benchmark Systems in Louisiana. Whye has a bachelor of science degree in finance and economics, and a master of business administration from California State University at Chico.
