Lead Technical Support Specialist

Dana joined VITL in October 2013 as the lead technical support specialist. Prior to this role she worked for five years as a senior IT analyst in governance and compliance, and for four years as an accountant at General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products. Dana received her associate’s degree in computer information systems and her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Champlain College. She is certified in ITIL Foundations as well as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Director of Client Services

Andrea joins the client services team with 20 years of consultative health care sales experience. As a top contributor in previous organizations, Andrea has extensive knowledge in the areas of advanced operating room technologies, mental health laboratories and pharmaceuticals. Her expertise includes strategic planning, solutions-based selling, clinical training, and building strong client relationships. Andrea graduated from Norwich University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Education.

Application Systems Analyst

Suzanne has worked in a variety of regulated quality environments such as large pharmaceutical organizations (Wyeth, Schering Plough, and Care Mark). With Wyeth she was a systems analyst as part of the corporate team which developed and deployed a project called Laboratory Automation Compliance Enhancement and Standardization (LACES). Suzanne has also been a part of the leadership team in a startup software development company as the implementation manager and client services manager, developing and managing all services and associated departments for implementation, training, and customer support. Suzanne enjoys using the knowledge she has gained in the past 15 years to develop and provide solutions to support the health of individuals.

Technical Support Specialist

Reyvan Gilmond is a technical support specialist and member of VITL's client services team. As part of the team, she serves as a primary point of contact for VITL’s internal and external clients to resolve issues and service requests.

Reyvan joined VITL after working as a support analyst and customer advocate for Systems and Software in Williston, Vermont. She was employed at FairPoint Communications for seven years as a billing analyst, and for Vertek Corporation as a project manager and billing specialist.

Reyvan graduated from Champlain College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

Technical Support Specialist

Whye joined VITL in December 2011 after 14 years at Breen Systems as a medical market supervisor. At Breen, he evaluated and tested new software, managed all aspects of system installation, and provided training, maintenance, and support for physician practice EHRs and practice management systems. Prior to Breen, Whye worked at Benchmark Systems in Louisiana. Whye has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics, and a Master of Business Administration from California State University at Chico.
