VITL Summit '14 Will Feature Sessions in Four Tracks

Whether you are a clinician trying to more fully engage your patients, a practice manager needing insight into Vermont's health care reform efforts, or a CIO wanting to learn what's next in HIE, the VITL Summit '14 conference on Sept. 8 and 9 at the Sheraton Burlington will have educational sessions addressing your questions.

"Informing Health Care Decisions" is the theme of this year's conference. There will be a dozen educational sessions, arranged in four separate tracks, said conference organizer Carol Kulczyk. "We've spent a lot of time thinking about the issues that people are wrestling with day-to-day in health care organizations, and we developed four education session tracks that we think VITL Summit attendees will find very helpful," she said.

One group of educational sessions will cover increasing access to clinical data. Another set of breakouts will provide information on how to meet requirements, such as those for quality reporting. Attendees interested in using technology to succeed under health care reform will find a track devoted to that topic. Technology for patient and provider engagement will be featured in a group of sessions.

Along with the educational sessions, there will be time for networking and visiting with exhibitors. Register for the Summit here:
