VITL Appoints Accounting Manager

BURLINGTON, VT – Vermont Information Technology Leaders, Inc. (VITL) has named Bonnie Losty as its new accounting manager. In this position, she is responsible for all aspects of the accounting system for VITL, including invoicing, collections, payables, treasury, financial controls, and financial reporting.

Losty joined VITL after working as a financial reporting manager for Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, and as the internal audit manager at Union Bank. She was employed at Pratt & Whitney, a United Technologies Company (UTC) in Connecticut, for 12 years, and at UTC headquarters for four years in various accounting positions.

Losty graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and received an MBA from the University of Massachusetts. She is a certified public accountant and has worked in public accounting for seven years. Losty is also certified as an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher through Yoga International.

Losty has a son who attended the Green Mountain Valley School for ski racing and college preparation, and is currently a sophomore at Syracuse University studying business, and ski racing for the club team.
