VITL Promotes Kulczyk to Vice President, Program Implementation

BURLINGTON, VT – Vermont Information Technology Leaders (VITL) today announced the promotion of Carol Kulczyk to vice president, program implementation. She previously served as VITL’s director, program implementation for the past three years. In her new role with VITL, Kulczyk will have responsibility for VITL’s support of Vermont’s Blueprint for Health initiative, as well as outreach activities to support health care providers in using electronic health records systems and other health information technology.

With extensive experience in project management and information technology, Kulczyk previously worked for Fletcher Allen Health Care as an information technology project manager. She has also worked for General Dynamics as a senior information systems analyst, Ajilon Consulting as an information technology consultant, and as an international project manager. Kulczyk earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and business management from Cornell University and is certified by the Project Management Institute as a project management professional (PMP). She resides in Ripton.
